Scholarships for International Students Every year HPU awards over 100 scholarships to international students with strong academic and extra-curricular backgrounds. The newly-launched Debate Scholarship (50% tuition waiver) is awarded to students who seek a communication degree and have a proven debate track record. The Undergraduate International Scholarship has been established by HPU to recognize outstanding international students who have the potential to become leaders in their respective communities. The Undergraduate International Scholarship is a partial tuition waiver ranging from 20% to 50% of tuition. Eligible applicants are new, full-time degree seeking students who have applied directly to the University and have been accepted.
